HWE-EA1

Bei der HWE-EA1 handelt es sich um eine Anlage zum entwickeln von fotobeschichtetem Basismaterial. Die Anlage arbeitet mit einem Sprüh-Verfahren analog den bekannten HWE-Ätzanlagen. Dieses Verfahren steht für kurze Entwicklungszeiten geringen Entwicklerbedarf und ein konturenscharfes Endergebnis. Die Anlage kann sowohl mit NaOH-freiem Spezialentwickler als auch mit herkömmlichem NaOH-Granulat (Ätznatron)betrieben werden. Die Anlage besteht aus einem Zwei-Kammernsystem aus 4mm starkem Glas. Kammer 1 ist die Entwicklungskammer,

Kammer 2 dieSpülkammer. Bei der HWE-EA1 handelt es sich um eine Anlage die speziell für die Labor –Prototypen und Kleinserienfertigung von gedruckten Schaltungen entwickelt wurde.

Zwei leistungsstarke Motoren sorgen für die gleichmäßige Entwicklerverteilung bzw.ein sauberes abspülen der Platine nach dem Entwickeln. Durch das große Sichtfenster kann der Entwicklungsvorgang optimal beobachtet werden. Das integrierte Heizelement sorgt für eine optimale Entwicklertemperatur von ca. 30°C. Ein am Sichtfenster angebrachtes Thermometer dient zur Überwachung der Entwicklertemperatur.

Mit der Anlage können Leiterplatten bis zu einer Größe von 230 X 130 mm entwickelt werden. Ein verstellbarer Platinenhalter dient zur Aufnahme der Leiterplatte.

Geringer Platzbedarf dank kompakter Abmessungen ( 360x210x220 mm ).

Das Fassungsvermögen der beiden Kammern beträgt je ca. 1,0l

The HWE-EA1 is a system for developing photo-coated base material. The system works with a spray process similar to the well-known HWE etching systems. This process stands for short development times, low developer requirements, and a sharp-edged end result. The system can be operated with both NaOH-free special developer and conventional NaOH granulate (caustic soda). The system consists of a two-chamber system made of 4 mm thick glass. Chamber 1 is the development chamber, chamber 2 is the rinsing chamber. The HWE-EA1 is a system that has been specially developed for laboratory prototypes and small-batch production of printed circuits.

Two powerful motors ensure even developer distribution and clean rinsing of the circuit board after development. The large viewing window allows the development process to be observed optimally. The integrated heating element ensures an optimal developer temperature of approx. 30°C.

A thermometer attached to the viewing window is used to monitor the developer temperature.

The system can be used to develop circuit boards up to a size of 230 x 130 mm. An adjustable circuit board holder is used to hold the circuit board.

Low space requirement thanks to compact dimensions (360 x 210 x 220 mm).

The capacity of each of the two chambers is approx. 1.0 l.
