HWE-SA1

Bei der HWE-SA1 handelt es sich um eine Ätzanlage die nach dem Sprühätzverfahren arbeitet. Die Sprühtechnologie steht für kurze Ätzzeiten geringen Ätzmittelbedarf und ein sauberes Endergebnis. Die Anlage kann sowohl mit Natriumpersulfat als auch mit Eisen- III- chlorid betrieben werden. Die Ätzküvette besteht aus 4mm starkem Glas und nicht wie heute oftmals üblich aus Kunststoff.

Bei der HWE-SA1 handelt es sich um eine Anlage die speziell für die Labor-Prototypen und Kleinserienfertigung von gedruckten Schaltungen entwickelt wurde. Sie ist somit auch die ideale Anlage für den Hobbyelektroniker. Ein leistungsstarker Motor sorgt für die gleichmäßige Ätzmittelverteilung. Durch die großen Sichtfenster kann der Ätzvorgang optimal beobachtet weden. Das integrierte, leistungsstarke Heizelement (150W) sorgt für ein schnelles erreichen der Ätztemperatur von ca . 45°C. Ein am Sichtfenster angebrachtes Thermometer dient zur Überwachung der Ätzmitteltemperatur. In einem Ätzvorgang können zwei Leiterplatten bis zu einer max. Größe von 225 x 150 mm geätzt werden.

Zwei verstellbare Platinenhalter dienen zur Aufnahme der Leiterplatten. Durch abnehmen des Deckels und Entnahme der Bodenplatte mit dem daran befestigten Heizelement kann das verbrauchte Ätzmittel bequem über eine Ecke der Küvette entleert werden. Optional kann die Anlage gegn Aufpreis auch mit einer Ablassschraue geliefert werden.

The HWE-SA1 is an etching system that uses the spray etching process. Spray technology means short etching times, low etchant consumption, and a clean end result. The system can be operated with both sodium persulfate and ferric chloride. The etching cuvette is made of 4 mm thick glass and not plastic, as is often the case today.

The HWE-SA1 is a system that was developed specifically for laboratory prototypes and small-batch production of printed circuits. This makes it the ideal system for hobby electronics enthusiasts. A powerful motor ensures even distribution of the etching agent. The large viewing windows allow the etching process to be observed optimally. The integrated, powerful heating element (150W) ensures that the etching temperature of approx. 45°C is reached quickly. A thermometer attached to the viewing window is used to monitor the etching agent temperature. Two circuit boards up to a maximum size of 225 x 150 mm can be etched in one etching process.

Two adjustable board holders are used to hold the circuit boards. By removing the lid and the base plate with the heating element attached to it, the used etching agent can be conveniently emptied via a corner of the cuvette. Optionally, the system can also be supplied with a drain screw at an additional cost.
