Sprühätzanlage HWE-SA1/2S-DTT

Bei der HWE-SA1/2S-DTT handelt es sich um die Weiterentwicklung der bewährten HWE-SA1/2S-DT. Die Anlage ist speziell für das Ätzen doppelseiger Leiterplatten bzw. Formätzteile im Modellbau konzipiert. Die Sprühtechnologie steht für kurze Ätzzeiten geringen Ätzmittelbedarf und ein sauberes Endergebnis. Die Anlage kann sowohl mit Natriumpersulfat als auch mit Eisen- III- chlorid betrieben werden. Die Ätzküvette besteht aus 4mm starkem Glas und nicht wie heute oftmals üblich aus Kunststoff. Bei der HWE-SA1/2S-DTT handelt es sich um eine Anlage die speziell für die Labor-Prototypen und Kleinserienfertigung von gedruckten Schaltungen/Formätzteilen entwickelt wurde. Sie ist somit auch die ideale Anlage für den Hobbyelektroniker/Modellbauer. Die Anlage verfügt über 2-Impellersysteme,eine unzerbrechliche 300 Watt Titanheizung, unseren digitalen Timer und die neue Heizungsregelung auf Microcontrollerbasis. Die Ätzzeit kann sekundengenau von 1sek.-99min. eingestellt werden, nach Ablauf der voreingestellten Zeit ertönt ein akustisches Signal. Die Ätzmitteltemperatur ist in 1°C-Schritten bis max 50°C einstellbar und wir über das Display angezeigt. Durch die großen Sichtfenster kann der Ätzvorgang optimal beobachtet weden. In einem Ätzvorgang können doppelseitige Leiterplatten/Bleche bis zu einer max. Größe von 225 x 150 mm geätzt werden. Ein verstellbarer Platinenhalter dient zur Aufnahme der Leiterplatte/Blech. Geringer Platzbedarf dank kompakten Abmessungen ( 320x210x220 mm ). Fassungsvermögen der Ätzküvette ca. 2,0 l. Die Lieferung erfolgt mit einer ausführlichen Anleitung.

The HWE-SA1/2S-DTT is a further development of the proven HWE-SA1/2S-DT. The system is specially designed for etching double-sided printed circuit boards and molded etched parts in model making. The spray technology ensures short etching times, low etchant consumption, and a clean end result. The system can be operated with both sodium persulfate and iron(III) chloride. The etching cuvette is made of 4 mm thick glass and not plastic, as is often the case today. The HWE-SA1/2S-DTT is a system that has been specially developed for laboratory prototypes and small series production of printed circuits/etched parts. This makes it the ideal system for hobby electronics engineers/model makers. The system has 2 impeller systems, an unbreakable 300-watt titanium heater, our digital timer, and the new microcontroller-based heating control. The etching time can be set to the second from 1 sec to 99 min. An acoustic signal sounds when the preset time has elapsed. The etching agent temperature can be set in 1°C increments up to a maximum of 50°C and is shown on the display. The large viewing windows allow the etching process to be observed optimally. Double-sided circuit boards/sheets up to a maximum size of 225 x 150 mm can be etched in one etching process. An adjustable circuit board holder is used to hold the circuit board/sheet metal.
