Sprühätzanlage HWE-SA1/2S-Ti

Bei der HWE-SA1/2S -Ti handelt es sich um eine Ätzanlage die nach dem Sprühätzverfahren arbeitet.Sie ist die Weiterentwicklung der bewährten HWE-SA1 und speziell für das Ätzen doppelseitiger Leiterplatten bzw. Formätzteilen im Modellbau konzipiert.

Die Sprühtechnologie steht für kurze Ätzzeiten geringen Ätzmittelbedarf und ein sauberes Endergebnis.

Die Anlage kann sowohl mit Natriumpersulfat als auch mit Eisen- III- chlorid betrieben werden.

Die Ätzküvette besteht aus 4mm starkem Glas und nicht wie heute oftmals üblich aus Kunststoff.

Bei der HWE-SA1/2S-Ti handelt es sich um eine Anlage die speziell für die Labor-Prototypen und

Kleinserienfertigung von gedruckten Schaltungen bzw. Formätzteilen im Modellbau entwickelt wurde. Sie ist somit auch die ideale Anlage für den Hobbyelektroniker/Modellbauer.

Zwei leistungsstarker Motoren sorgen für die gleichmäßige Ätzmittelverteilung.

Durch die großen Sichtfenster kann der Ätzvorgang optimal beobachtet weden. Die integrierte, elektr. geregelte Titanheizung(300 W) sorgt für ein schnelles erreichen ( ca. 20 min.) der Ätztemperatur von ca. 45°C. Ein am Sichtfenster angebrachtes Thermometer dient zur Überwachung

der Ätzmitteltemperatur.

In einem Ätzvorgang können doppelseitige Leiterplatten/Formätzteile bis zu einer max. Größe von 210 x 150 mm geätzt werden. Ein verstellbarer Plattenhalter dient zur Aufnahme der Leiterplatte bzw. des zu ätzenden Blechs. Geringer Platzbedarf dank kompakten Abmessungen ( 360x210x220 mm ). Fassungsvermögen der Ätzküvette ca. 2,0 l. Die Lieferung erfolgt mit einer ausführlichen Anleitung. Zum optimalen Reinigen kann das Netzteil abgenommen, sowie die Bodenplatte mit der integrierten Heizung aus der Küvette entnommen werden. Das Entleeren des verbrauchten Ätzmittels kann bequem über eine Ecke der Küvette erfolgen. Optional ist auch eine Ablassschraube erhältlich

The HWE-SA1/2S-Ti is an etching system that uses the spray etching process. It is a further development of the proven HWE-SA1 and is specially designed for etching double-sided printed circuit boards and molded etched parts in model making.

The spray technology ensures short etching times, low etchant consumption, and a clean end result.

The system can be operated with both sodium persulfate and iron(III) chloride.

The etching cuvette is made of 4 mm thick glass and not plastic, as is often the case today.

The HWE-SA1/2S-Ti is a system that has been specially developed for laboratory prototypes and

small series production of printed circuits and molded etched parts in model making. This makes it the ideal system for hobby electronics engineers and model makers.

Two powerful motors ensure even distribution of the etching agent.

The large viewing windows allow the etching process to be observed optimally. The integrated, electrically controlled titanium heater (300 W) ensures that the etching temperature of approx. 45°C is reached quickly (approx. 20 min.). A thermometer attached to the viewing window is used to monitor the etching agent temperature.

Double-sided circuit boards/etched parts up to a maximum size of 210 x 150 mm can be etched in one etching process. An adjustable plate holder is used to hold the printed circuit board or the sheet metal to be etched. Low space requirement thanks to compact dimensions (360 x 210 x 220 mm). Capacity of the etching cuvette approx. 2.0 l. Delivery includes detailed instructions. For optimal cleaning, the power supply unit can be removed and the base plate with the integrated heater can be taken out of the cuvette. The used etching agent can be conveniently emptied via a corner of the cuvette. A drain plug is also available as an option.
