Sprühätzanlage HWE-SA3/DT

Bei der HWE-SA3/DT handelt es sich um eine Ätzanlage die nach dem Sprühätzverfahren arbeitet. Die Sprühtechnologie steht für kurze Ätzzeiten geringen Ätzmittelbedarf und ein sauberes Endergebnis. Die Anlage kann sowohl mit Natriumpersulfat als auch mit Eisen- III- chlorid betrieben werden. Die Ätzküvette besteht aus 4mm starkem Glas und nicht wie heute oftmals üblich aus Kunststoff. Bei der HWE-SA3 handelt es sich um die Weiterentwicklung der bewährten HWE-SA1 und HWE-SA1/2S. Die Anlage hat 3 Slots zur Leiterplattenaufnahme und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit in einem Ätzvorgang, jeweils eine doppelseitig- und zwei einseitige- Leiterplatten zu ätzen. Analog können vier einseitige Leiterplatten in einem Ätzvorgang geätzt werden. Die Anlage wurde speziell für die Labor-Prototypen und Kleinserienfertigung konzipiert. Sie ist somit auch die ideale Anlage für den Hobbyelektroniker. Zwei leistungsstarker Motoren sorgen für die gleichmäßige Ätzmittelverteilung. Durch die großen Sichtfenster kann der Ätzvorgang optimal beobachtet weden. Das integrierte Heizelement(300W) sorgt für ein erreichen der Ätztemperatur von ca. 45°C. Ein am Sichtfenster angebrachtes Thermometer dient zur Überwachung der Ätzmitteltemperatur. Die drei verstellbaren Platinenhalter dienen zur Aufnahme der Leiterplatten bis zu einer Größe von 200X190 mm. Geringer Platzbedarf dank kompakten Abmessungen ( 460x320x260 mm ). The HWE-SA3/DT has the same features as our tried-and-tested HEW-SA3, but also has a digital timer.

The digital timer allows the impeller running time to be set precisely in increments of 1 second up to 99 minutes. An acoustic signal sounds when the time has elapsed.

The HWE-SA3/DT is an etching system that works according to the spray etching process. The spray technology ensures short etching times, low etchant consumption, and a clean end result. The system can be operated with both sodium persulfate and iron(III) chloride. The etching cuvette is made of 4 mm thick glass and not plastic, as is often the case today. The HWE-SA3 is a further development of the proven HWE-SA1 and HWE-SA1/2S. The system has 3 slots for holding printed circuit boards and offers you the possibility of etching one double-sided and two single-sided printed circuit boards in a single etching process. Similarly, four single-sided circuit boards can be etched in one etching process. The system was specially designed for laboratory prototypes and small series production. This makes it the ideal system for hobby electronics enthusiasts. Two powerful motors ensure even distribution of the etching agent. The large viewing windows allow the etching process to be observed optimally. The integrated heating element (300W) ensures that the etching temperature of approx. 45°C is reached. A thermometer attached to the viewing window is used to monitor the etching agent temperature. The three adjustable circuit board holders are used to hold circuit boards up to a size of 200X190 mm. Compact dimensions (460x320x260 mm) mean it takes up very little space. The etching cuvette has a capacity of approx. 3.0 l. The unit is supplied with detailed instructions.
